The top ten winning bidders are: YOFC Optical Fiber and Cable (17.75%), Futong Communications (14.65%), Hengtong Optoelectronics (600487) (12.43%), Tongding Internet (002491) (14.85 %), FiberHome Communications (600498) (9.76%), Zhongtian Technology (600522) (6.51%), Hubei Kaile Technology (600260) (5.59%), Chengdu Corning Optical Cable (2.72%), Special Information (000070) (2.66%), Shandong Pacific (601099) optical fiber cable (2.66%).
We estimate that the bidding price this time will be about 120 yuan/core kilometer, which is slightly higher than the previous China Mobile bidding price.
