What requirements should be met for the direct buried laying of outdoor single-mode optical cables? 1. Avoid areas with strong acid, alkali corrosion or serious chemical corrosion; if there are no corresponding protective measures, avoid termite-damaged areas and areas affected by heat sources or prone to external damage.
2. Optical cables should be laid in trenches, and the surroundings of the optical cables should be covered with a layer of soft soil or sand with a thickness of not less than 100mm.
3. The entire length of the optical cable should be covered with a width no less than both sides of the optical cable. Each 50mm protective plate should be made of concrete.4. When laying in places with frequent excavations such as urban access roads, eye-catching sign tapes can be laid on the upper layer of the protective board.
5. For laying locations located in the suburbs or open areas, obvious orientation signs or stakes should be erected at approximately 100mm intervals along the straight line of the optical cable path, at corners or at joints.
